- Upgraded and improved a project server 2007 based application
(that was designed and built by Aric) to project server 2010. Improvements and customizations included:
- Full life cycle demand management, including multiple customized workflows and PDP's.
- PWA customizations, including JSGrid customizations, ribbon customizations and multiple dedicated web-parts.
- Client VSTO customizations.
- Soled hundreds of web-parts and solutions to companies all over the word (ConocoPhillips, Mitel Networks, Lockheed Martin, Georgia Department of Education, Amtrak, Rockwell Automation, Continental Airlines) through MsProjectExperts (all the solutions in their web site).
- Solved extreme SharePoint performance issues (55 seconds per page load) to Israel's Electric Company (reduced to 1 to 3 seconds per page).
- Designed and developed a number of amazing dashboards based on Microsoft's BI platform (SharePoint 2007 / 2010, reporting services, excel services).
- Designed and developed a cognitive training simulator for medical doctors based on SharePoint 2010, forms authentication and with an AJAX based interface.
- Designed, developed and implemented a demand management / resource management organizational system based on the project server 2007 scheduling engine. The system introduced new and innovative concepts regarding managing all of the ongoing work in an organization (projects and operational work) and pioneer concepts for resource and team utilization all done from the web (no need for project professional).
