Risks and Opportunities Matrix

A risks' map that enables pre-configuration of:

Matrix size (3x3, 5x5, ...) or any desired size
Link to external data from different site, list or database
The name of the fields displayed in the link popup
The name of the matrix headers
The size in pixels of each square
Set any 3 different colors
Connect to specific list view

A solution that enables a risk reduction plan over time, compared with the actual reduction achieved.
The solution integrates a reduction plan table to the built in Edit, Add and Display risk-forms and captures the actual risk reduction based on the risk's version changes.
The solution controls the following features:

On the base risks list a summarized chart is added as can be seen on the upper left image.
On the Edit / Add list item view the solution adds a reduction plan table (lower left image) and a chart as seen in the upper and lower right images.
On the Display list item page the plan table and chart are displayed where the plan table is not editable.
The solution enables controlling the size and headers of both chart and table displays and their direction (ltr, rtl).
